Cantaloupe seeds grown organically from heirloom non-GMO USDA Organic seeds.  Grown past the sprout phase, they contain vitamin A (beta-carotene), B6 (pyridoxine), C (L-ascorbic acid), Potassium, Fiber, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Antioxidants, Carotenoids, Omega-3 fatty acids, Selenium, Zinc, Copper, and Anti-inflammatory-compounds.  They have a similar texture to a peach skin and are reported to taste like cantaloupe, sweet melons or cucumbers.  They work well in smoothies due to their sweet fruity flavor and many people love to eat them plain.
