¿Qué son los Microgreens?
Los microvegetales son las plántulas jóvenes de vegetales y hierbas comestibles.
Onza por onza, estas versiones diminutas contienen más nutrición que los vegetales completamente desarrollados y pueden venir en 50 a 60 variedades diferentes.
No confunda los microvegetales con los brotes. Los brotes crecen en agua durante uno o dos dÃas para producir raÃces subdesarrolladas.
Los microgreens crecen en el suelo y la luz del sol durante unos 10 dÃas y producen pequeñas hojas llenas de sabor.
